Which solution to choose angular + phonegap + polymer?

Not ionic. What to choose for the implementation of an already finished project, but doing a polymer-based renew using angular (2 will even be a plus)?
Stack:

If you have an angular, why do you need a polymer? This essentially makes no sense.
Are you interested in a UI framework? Apart from ionic, there are not many good implementations. If you are going to take angular2, then I recommend looking at all towards NativeScript and not phonegap. Under fongapu, in fact, only ionic is now the norm.
