2. Adequate API
3. Fast SMS delivery (sometimes you have to wait half an hour until it arrives).

I use both at once: sms.ru and https://www.smspilot.ru/ and both seem to be normal. True, the price does not please, lately it is cheaper to take a mobile phone, buy an SMS package and send it via cable.
