Which smartphone brand is best for debugging in Android studio?

I decided to switch from debugging on the emulator to a real device. I tried it on my Xiaomi, there is protection there, you can only debug from a Chinese proxy.
What brands of phones do not have this type of protection? Or what would you advise what devices would you recommend for debugging?

There is a park of a couple dozen different devices. None have problems. And xiaomi too.
