Is OTG + USB HUB + mouse + keyboard + charging + android real?

I often connect a keyboard to my phone, sometimes I need to type a lot of text, and for lack of access to a PC or laptop and on the phone, the norms are printed. But there is one cant, the phone's battery is not eternal and when the keyboard is connected, charging is therefore excluded.
I'm thinking of buying a usb hub, but the question arose, will a miracle happen? I would like to connect the keyboard and charge, but it’s also quite ideal and a mouse :)

I have a cable with three ends that allows you to connect an OTG device and plug into charging at the same time. So - the phone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 2) does not allow you to use two features at the same time. If I first insert the USB device into the connector, the phone sees it, but if I connect the charger later, the charge will not work. And vice versa, if I first connect the charging, and then the device, then the bodies are charging, but the device is not seen.
On another phone, it was sometimes possible to make both functions work, as it will be on the Samsung - I don’t know. The hub should work.

Bluetooth HID - supported on Android by default. The USB port for charging is free, and the keyboard can be placed more conveniently than the wired one relative to the device.
