Which site engine is safe?

Hello!
That's the question:
I'm making a website for a small trucking company.
when I wrote websites before, I didn’t look for any ready-made engine, I wrote simple ones myself. I am not familiar with them at all, I climbed a little in Joomla and Wordpress and that's all ...
And then I thought: maybe I can find a ready-made one and save time?
The main criteria are security, the ability to work with users (adding information to each separately, the ability to add files for private access to groups or one user)
Can you give any advice in this direction?

If your hands are straight - write yourself, and to speed up, take frameworks.
If not very direct, then any popular CMS with a large community.

No, nothing safe.
And in fact, for 4-5 years with WopdPress there have never been security problems.

WordPress
Joomla
ModX
The most popular, but certainly not the safest.
In my opinion, the most secure CMS is the one that is least used.
The main thing is to monitor the site and take care of security.

The most popular - the most insecure. Since they are used by many, and many are looking for vulnerabilities

The safest CMS is one that is updated on time and has a large community that notices bugs and fixes them. In most popular CMS, there are no such problems, holes rule quickly. Check for updates, monitor the site and nothing will be hacked.

WordPress is the largest developer community. Updates roll out very quickly.
