Which sip provider to choose?

Now we use the services of the largest in the Russian Federation. There is no API, but we use CRM from their sworn enemy, amo. There is also no callback option.

As far as I know, SIPNET has the above. They use CommuniGate Pro as their telephony server. The thing is very powerful with good support. Plus, well-described documentation and incl. API.
