Which simple video editing program to choose?

Friends, aunt and sister are interested in creating simple videos, they want to glue the video sequence from the available photos and videos, add music, possibly effects. Tell me what is a simple program suitable for this?
As I understand it, if you do this at a professional level, then you need to immerse it in Adobe Premiere Pro, but for simple tasks that you can quickly master, what will do? You can pay, I'll give them a subscription.

What about Movavi Video Suite or Video Editing? Their interface seemed to me the most accessible.
