Which simple basic financial accounting program to choose?

Advise on which accounting software to choose? Needed: desktop version, client for android. According to the program itself, everything is minimally simple - manually adding an income / expense with notes and a final calculation / monthly. Google spreadsheets are great, but it's not very convenient to quickly score data on your phone.
