Which shared hosting supports automatic connection of own SSL certificates?

Due to the fact that browsers have begun to highlight sites without SSL in red, you have to put certificates everywhere. I have about 15 small sites on one shared hosting. I have installed certificates from let`s encrypt for everyone, but the problem with them is that they need to be renewed every three months. I found a package that can be hosted and run on a schedule. He reissues the certificates and puts them in a folder.
But the problem is that they need to be loaded through the interface of the hosting control panel. I clarified that there are no options for optimizing this process either in my hosting (Hostland) or in the rucenter.
Maybe you know a hosting where connection of certificates from a folder can be automated?
The option of switching to VPS is not of interest.

@Gedonist

Of the three hosts I contacted, only Sweb answered that they could set up a free certificate for me with automatic reissue via the Letsencrypt API. It is configured through a request to technical support.
In hostaland, a subscriber is taken every month for the automatic reissue of a free certificate.

The module of automatic certificates is in the cpanel and ispmanager, you can take any hosting that uses these panels in theory

besides, letsencrypt support is already built into many panels and the certificate is installed with one button, and is automatically renewed
