What happened to the dediks, my old one works fine, there is no error, but with the new ones there is some kind of garbage, what to do, how to turn it off? Everything is fine with the SSL certificate. Windows Server 2019 Base

Everything is fine with the Dediks, but where the requests go, the certificates are rotten
