Which service to choose for hosting and video streaming?

A site with courses on various topics. If you buy a course, you get access to the video. Hosting yourself is not an option, there are too many difficulties.

As I see the principle of operation:
All videos are protected by their own password. The user buys a course, gets a password, makes an api call to the video hosting (password in the body or header of the request), receives a stream.

Even better if the service will provide the ability to create playlists and protect them with a password.

The creators of the courses will upload the video to our server, and we will upload it to the video hosting, that is, we need an api for this.

What are the options?

I did a similar solution for a long time on Amazon CloudFront. The server generated signed short-lived links that allowed streaming video to be opened in the player. See the documentation for RTMP Streaming and Using Signed URLs .
