Which service to choose for cloud storage of any types of files?

Good afternoon!
I thought about choosing a cloud storage, Dropbox is completely satisfied, if it were not for the need to keep files on my disk. That is, you need webdav/ftp/ssh access.
Here is a list of services that have webdav - www.free-online-backup-services.com/features/webda... Of these, only 4shared came across, but there is only 100GB maximum on a premium plan.
And so, Wishlist:
1. Remote access
2. The ability to fumble links to photos and individual files
3. The cost is around a dollar for 10GB per month.
4. The maximum size is at least 1 terabyte
5. Decent web access
6. Applications for iOS, Android

With dropbox, you can set up syncing individual folders to your computer.
In general, it seems to me that if you do not have these volumes updated entirely every day, duplicating data on a local disk is only a plus.
From the rest, Yandex disk seems to meet your requirements.
