Which service should I use to buy virtual items, such as buying virtual currency in games?

Good day to all!
The question is quite pressing, googling somehow didn’t give anything (apparently I wasted my googling skill. The
question is a little trivial, it’s clear what needs to be used to bungle the purchase of virtual things, say in iOS or Android games, but what if I write a game on JS+PHP for VK, and my game should have this feature?
