Monetization

Which service monetization option to choose?

In short: there is an abstract service with two types of users (customer \ performer) that allows the customer to place his order, receive offers from performers and, having chosen the best offer, agree on the execution of the order. It turns out a kind of auction or tender.
I see several options for monetization:
1. Donate the customer for bringing the order to the top. (It seems to me that few people want to pay)
2. Subscription of the performer for bringing the proposal to the top. (It seems to me that there are also very few people who want to pay)
3. Donation of the selected artist for the opportunity to get an order, followed by a refund from the artist (that is, roughly speaking, he sets a price for his work, 1-2% of the price is added to this work as a donation to the service and the final price is displayed to the customer, and the contractor, when subscribing to an order, pays these 1-2% to the service itself) is the most acceptable option for me, but it may turn out that the customer and the contractor will continue to work bypassing the service, establishing contact without an intermediary ...
4. Advertising ...
Please share your options, tell me if you would work according to any of the schemes I proposed, the pros / cons of each.

Copy monetization options from freelansim.ru, fl.ru, upwork.com. These services are with two types of users (customer \ performer).

Abstractions don't work in real projects
