Which service is used to send a lot of emails?

A lot is about 10-30k (at the peak up to 100k) daily (and instantly) - the actual subscription, etc., plus periodically by 300-700k (although again I want to leave the opportunity and operate with things like 2kk) - actually mailing lists, they can be smeared for 2-6 hours.
Plus, I want to be able to assign tags to emails - and do mailings by tags - i.e. type send out to everyone who has tagA, tagB and does not need tagC.
And you need to understand that tags will also be put and removed in large quantities.
Those. for example, the same tag new user - it will be put on all new emails, and after N days it will be removed. Those. read the same (10-30k)x2 at least tag installs/uninstalls per day. Well, in reality, the multiplier will be about 6 - there are other parameters. Those. about 50-200k removals/installations of tags per day.
I know about mailchimp.com - as I understand it, it will cope with such volumes. The only question is how their system of groups (and interests ??) is suitable for such a frequent and dynamic movement of users. It is rather, for static things it seems to be done.
What other services are available that can be trusted with such volumes?

Any more or less normal services will pull a couple of million letters a day. Another question is that you must have an opt-in database, otherwise you will be sold as a spammer.

I would easily trust Mailchimp.
This is the market leader, in fact ...
Plus, he has an intelligent API through which you can administer and use all this.
Did you actually look at pricing? Arranges?
