Which server/client combination is more stable for remote access from Windows to Linux?

Good day.
It is necessary to implement the following:
A server is installed on xubuntu, 1c enterprise 8.3 is installed on it.
The task is for clients with windows and linux (centos7 and raspbian) to connect to the server's graphical interface (~ 50 users) and work in 1s with the ability to print to their printer.
1) I tried x2go (server/client) - problems with printing and full screen mode (although the second is not very important)
2) I tried NoMachine (demo) - a problem with printing
Comrades, specialists, tell me the client-server for stable operation for such a task?

windows server is cheaper than all this crap.
Windows also has h264 support, which, with all the desire, Linux does not have ;((( I
, as a supporter of Linux, state a disappointing fact, setup work will be more expensive than Windows on 1 computer.
But work in the opposite direction is quite possible
99% of rdp tasks but again with no h264
