Which screenshot maker to choose?

Advise a subject.
Required:
1) Ability to download for fast sharing
2) Ability to capture the entire screen, active window, screen fragment. If there is a scrolling capture, then generally a buzz.
3) Primitive tools for drawing on the capture result.
4) freeware

I've tried a lot and this is the best I've found.

Well, of those that I remember offhand, only FastStone Capture makes a scrolling screen (the free version is fixed and has not been developed for several years, but it seems to be available).
But he has no sharing, or he is miserable.
I use Postimage portable to upload to its own server. With an account, pictures are stored there forever. Everything you are looking for, except for the scroll captcha, is there.
Lightshot is functionally similar, but not portable.
QIPshot can do the same thing, but QIPa himself has some muddy things there now.
There was a custom version for 4shared - 4SharedShot . Functionally, it is also a complete analogue, but it fills in 4 shared, of course.
ShareX- heaped up utterly, and I never got accustomed. Inconvenient, although there is a lot of sharing in it .
There is also ScreenPresso with scrolling .
In addition, the snapito.com web tool takes screenshots of full pages, but only scales proportionately up to a width of 800px.
