Help me choose a program for Windows to record the screen and create screenshots according to the following parameters:
1. All in one program (optional)
2. Simple video recording ( without tracks, editing, etc.)
3. When creating screenshots, there were tools: arrows, text, etc.
4. Lack of cloud download (or blocking the function or uploading to your own server)
5. It is desirable that there are corporate versions
6. It is desirable with the Russian language
Task: to give software testers a simple tool for creating videos and screenshots.

I'll upvote s0xzwasd's answer about ShareX .
When I sat on Windows, I used it.
I can say an excellent program,
it is convenient to use, a lot of functions + OpenSource ( https://github.com/ShareX/ShareX)

4. There is a download to your server (FTP or network share) + there are sources (you can cut out any functionality in the bud)
