Which schema.org schema to use for documents (pdf doc xls downloads)?

The site contains a large number of documents, mostly scans in pdf, or ordinary office files doc, xls, ppt, etc.
These documents have a title, description, file link, type, size.
I don't know what scheme to use to highlight these objects. It seems that this is not CreativeWork, but Thing is too general a definition.
Maybe someone already dived deep into this issue? What are the options?
