In general, such that "taught" does not exist even remotely. Universities provide fundamental knowledge toster.ru/q/69326, but nothing will come of it without constant self-study (before, during, and after the university).

I found only two decent opportunities for myself:
1) mti.edu.ru - Moscow Technological Institute 2) fdo.tusur.ru
- Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics
wrapper. The second is a serious Tomsk university, but I'm not sure about the quality of distance education either.
They won’t throw money at both, and you will also receive a diploma in both. And no one will force you to study remotely, you will have to motivate yourself.
