Which router to take with MU-MIMO?

Need a router for home (2-storey house, 70 sq/m2 per floor)
Budget: ~200-300$ (I will order online)
Wireless clients: ~10,
Need MU-MIMO support, vpn support (openvpn is good, ikev2 is even better) on separate access point. It is desirable to be able to register several configs for vpn, so that it automatically switches when the server is unavailable.
Good signal, Customizable qos, usb ports for print server and/or file server

And most importantly: the ability to limit the speed of each client.
