Which RAID controller to choose?

You need a RAID controller with good Linux support.
Previously bought 3ware or Areca. 3ware had excellent drivers for Linux, Areca generally has an ethernet port with its own web interface that works in any OS.
Now the situation is sad. 3ware no longer exists, LSI bought them. Areca is really nowhere to buy, no one carries.
I do not want to take LSI, there are constant problems with them.
In the end, what else is there to suit?

@opium

at one time I used both areca and 3ware and lsay and adapt.
in general, it seems to me that the players have consolidated and the adapters are working stably, both before and now.
for myself, I chose just a soft raid, IMHO in Linux its performance is excellent.
At one time, I easily ordered areca from eBay, since no one here seemed to be selling it even then.

If you have a budget, then adapt. In other cases, a software linux raid.
