Which RAID configuration is best for Ceph?

Good day!
You need to organize a Ceph cluster. There are five servers, each with four HDDs. Disks are connected through a hardware raid. It is clear that fault tolerance is already achieved programmatically using Ceph itself, so to speak, for the sake of this, everything is started. The issue is more about performance. Which RAID configuration will be better in terms of performance in stock mode and when rebalanced?
Options:
1. Four RAID 0. Accordingly, 4 OSD per node. There are 20 OSDs in total.
2. One RAID 1+0. Accordingly, 1 OSD per node. There are 5 OSDs in total.
3. One RAID 0. Accordingly, 1 OSD per node. There are 5 OSDs in total.
4. Two RAID 1. ...
Well, and so on...

@speedvm

None, CEPH does not require a raid. If the drive dies, just replace it. The raid is redundant.
