Which programming language to choose for Android and Windows?

Yes, I'm probably the n-th user who asks about this, but I'll ask again, of course.
What is the best programming language to choose so that you can write applications for Android (for example, wallpapers (and live ones too), simple games (without uploading to the GPU)), and at the same time you can write programs / games for Windows. Initially, I want to do this just for myself.
If this is not the limit of my "want" and I still get into some kind of YAP, it would be nice if he did not "die" in a couple of years and there was some kind of demand for him).

There is little information, you can program under Android and Windows both in Java, C #, C ++, and in JavaScript.
Everything depends on the tasks.
But if we are talking about 3D games, then JavaScript will not work.
If you write small programs for Android, then C # will be too weighty (more precisely, APKs with Xamarin themselves)
C ++ and Java remain.
With the first it will be more difficult, but the scope is much wider, with the second - the speed of development is higher

Lua + love2d :)
You can even write directly on your phone or tablet
And the same code will work on Windows and Linux and even on iOS
