Which program / service to choose for storing people's contacts?

There is, of course , the Google Contacts
option, but maybe you should pay attention to something else?
I would like to store all contacts: full name, many phone numbers, mail, address, position (with a complex structure, because I work with representatives of government agencies) for 100-200-300 people in a file and be able to connect them to any Android phone book , iOS, and it's so easy to open on your computer.
A group structure like in KeePass would be convenient.
What is the best way to store contacts?

I can't help but recommend a pair of Apple devices - phone and PC are perfect. You need to look on the phone - please, on the computer - please view it remotely - easily (via icloud.com), from anywhere in the world, with the Internet, of course. You can also just have a phone and keep contacts in the cloud (icloud.com). Of course, there is a good use for all contacts - email, calls, etc. directly through these devices.
PS The hierarchy is approximately the same 3657f8262daa4aa880b1b0470c16fc3e.png+ of course, the possibility of combining into groups.
PPS Alas, I myself do not really like Apple phones for some reason, although the MacBook itself (they have good computers)
PPPS Or do you need more cross-platform?
