I advise Google's SketchUp
The lowest entry bar and a fairly extensive application.
And for organics, as Sculptris has already said. It is also easy to learn, perfect for developing initial skills.

Unfortunately, 3D is a very complex thing and there is no such program where you can create candy with a couple of clicks or pen movements. It just doesn't exist. People have been mastering programs for years in order to learn how to create something more or less beautiful in them.
