Which program is better to choose?

Good afternoon!
I'm trying to find a program that would allow me to control my tasks and save information that comes to me through various channels: telephone, Internet, spoken language, and so on. I tend to Evernote , but as I read it, it is dying, and even more so, I installed it on my computer and installed the browser extension, but it saves some pages, while others do not. The question arises: what programs do you use to solve a similar problem.

For task lists I use Todoist, but it is possible that I will move tasks there soon

For lists I use google keep. For notes evernote (he is not going to die, but rather develops)

Not exactly what you described, but I also use Workflowy for similar tasks (thanks, Ludwig advised).
