Which profiler should you choose?

Wrote an application for iOS and Android. While we were testing, we drove it in different ways in the profiler, it seems that the memory is not leaking anywhere, all screens respond quickly - everything is ok. They rolled it out to the markets and then complaints from users began to pour in, saying that they were stupid, slowing down - I couldn’t understand anything. We repeated the tests - everything is ok. Apparently, there are some cases on the
prod that the profiler does not grasp ... In short, it looks like the only option is to test directly on the prod! Who knows such a tool? I tried standard and built-in profilers - they don’t fit, they load the attachment, you can’t upload this to the prod - you need something else. Any advice?..
