Can't set up profiling for cli, why?

Profiling

Based on digitalocean .
For the site, requests are profiled, and when I run the command in the terminal:
php -d auto_prepend_file="/var/www/xhgui/external/header.php" app/console make-some
Then silence.
Also added:

'profiler.enable' => function() {
        return true;
    },

why and how to fix it please tell me?
