Which ports should allow TOR outgoing traffic?

installed TOR (/usr/local/Cellar/tor/0.3.5.8/bin/tor) on MAC OS, installed a little snitch to track traffic,
and what do you think after a couple of days I saw a couple of attempts to OUTGO connection in the background by the TOR process on ALIEN SERVER on port 3389 (RDP port for remote connection to WINDOWs servers)
Little Snitch report:
On 6 Sep 2019, tor tried to establish a connection to 104.237.151.221 on TCP port 3389 (ms-wbt-server). The request was denied via connection alert.
Who faced it?
What incoming and outgoing ports is enough for tor to open?

And there precisely RDP hangs? Maybe just a relay on the same port hung up?

Most importantly, don't forget your tinfoil hat. It is very important!
Most likely, some kind of ping \ attempt to connect between nodes. Your traffic already passes through other people's machines.
