Can I find out if this IP belongs to a proxy?

On the network, on all sorts of services, sometimes paid, sometimes free, there are lists of proxy servers, open, closed, it doesn’t matter. Is there a service with an API to which you can make a request from the application and find out if the desired address is included in the IP list from the proxy list.
I will consider paid options.
