Which POF media converter or SFP POF transceiver would you recommend?

Good day!
There was a need to receive signals from the POF cable used in MOST BUS, but I just can’t find an SFP module or a ready-made media converter with POF-RJ45.
Please let me know what is the solution, thanks!

Here's what I advise. SCALANCE X-200. In general, it is difficult with POF today, if the system is not critical, take any simple media converter for POF, and shoot the information as you need.
