Which platform to choose to automate the company's business processes?

Good day!
We are looking for solutions to automate the company's business processes (secure storage services).
The main functionality can be conditionally divided into components:
1) Order accounting system (accepting orders, call-center, maintaining and mutual settlements with customers)
2) WMS (accepting deliveries, shipping orders, returns, etc.).
The number of users is about 100 (including call-center operators, managers, warehouse workers). Accordingly, a platform is needed that would allow organizing workplaces with the ability to connect external equipment (scanners, scales, printers).
Now everything is automated using 1C, the system was not developed from scratch - the trading configuration was taken and finalized during the implementation process (as a result, the presence of functionality that we do not use, but slows down the opening / recording of documents).
I would like to consider alternatives, both for the development platform and for the solution itself. By what means (development languages, frameworks, boxed products) would you solve the issue of automation?

1C is quite an expensive pleasure. Look at online services, such as class365. They are in no way inferior to 1C, and at a cost many times cheaper, there are even free ones.
