Using a running IE instance for Selenium

I need to enter a lot of information on a site that has a lot of junk monotonous fields. I decided to automate this business using Selenium, but did not find how to attach to an existing process. Logically, I need to cling to the process and after pressing the hotkey, fill in the required fields.
