I understand that the Toaster is for questions, but this topic has been sucked up a thousand times on the Internet. Mainstream, perhaps, is Laravel and Yii2. I did not measure the hours of development, but there is an opinion that YesItIs2 is faster.
Efficiency in this case depends on the clarity of mind of the programmer.

about this topic. If there is something new, everyone will talk and write about it. Better yet, take a look at the list of popular frameworks and read about each one. Maybe you can figure out what you need.
