A small group of friends decided to deal with some PHP framework and do something interesting. It turned out that from this small company, only I speak English to a degree sufficient to read English-language documentation. The corresponding question arose: which framework has the most complete and understandable documentation in Russian?

NOT Kohana ;) But, in general, it will be difficult with any framework if you don't know the language. And how to read php.net and StackOverflow without English?

If a company has such poor knowledge of English, then I would recommend either learning English (this knowledge will definitely not be lost), or writing without frameworks: long, hard, inefficient (most likely), but useful.
