Which php framework has the best layout system? We are going to start developing the backend soon, and we need to choose a solution for this in advance. I heard that this is in yii, but not in kohana. If not difficult, people, tell me what to look for?

in yii "layouts" mean a few basic templates. Made so-so.
My opinion - take any framework and screw twig, which supports template inheritance, which means you can implement a very flexible structure of these.
As a bonus, everything you print is escaped by default, which reduces the chance of xss vulnerabilities.
