Which PHP and Apache modes to choose?

Sites on CMS WordPress, about 20k pages. They left the hosting, the site became more fun to work on the server.
Debian 10 OS. So far, everything is set up as standard with a clean installation of ISPmanager and OS.

What will be faster?
- Apache MPM-Prefork
- Apache MPM-ITK

Which PHP mode to choose for the site, again the fastest option?
Currently set to "CGI".
