Which PC components are best for 3d graphics?

Hello
1. Which of these processors is better for 3D graphics:
Ryzen 5 3600 6 cores, 12 threads, 32MB cache, 3.6GHz
or
Ryzen 7 2700X 8 cores, 16 threads, 16MB cache, 3.7GHz
?
I myself understand little, but in various comparisons and ratings, the first is better. Both are suitable for the selected graphics card - RTX 2060 Super.
2. Does this CPU/GPU compatibility matter if I don't play games? What if you put a more powerful processor?
3. Of two RAM modules with the same frequency, but with different voltages - 1.2 V and 1.35 V, which is better suited to the above processors.

I would advise a good percentage (the more cores the better and turn on hyperthreading if intel) and a simple quadro. (you can also look at it because the chance that she was killed is small, unlike the game ones)
Then you will not fall into restrictions, for example, you can’t run blander via RDP, because Nvidia blocks the use of opengl via RDP, who knows what else might not work on game videos.
And if you don’t render at all, but only work with photos, the built-in video is enough.

Ryzen7 2700X will be more powerful due to more cores/threads, but a lot depends on the software in which you work and you should probably pay attention to quadro(pny,dell)/radeon pro(amd, dell) video cards.
