Which payment aggregator to choose for physical. faces?

Hello!
I am looking for a payment aggregator for an online store that works with physical. persons without contracts.
A few more requirements:
1. Withdrawal without a long hold, on webmoney.
2. The ability to withdraw commission from the seller (important!), and not from the buyer.
3. Acceptance of cards, Internet money, all kinds of qiwi and terminals.
4. Adequate, user-friendly interface for the buyer and store administrator.
Now I use robokassa. Everything is fine, except that the commission of the system charged to buyers greatly scares them away.
I try onpay, it looks like they have a design and usability from the 80s. Everything is confusing, crooked. Doesn't have it at all.
Maybe there are other normal options? The size of the commission, in principle, is not particularly important.
