Which path should a programmer take?

Hello, I can’t understand what is better, and in which area it is more interesting to develop-HELP!
I'm very lost and can't decide which career path to take.
In principle, there are all options:
1) Banks - good salary, good prospects, social package., But this is a dress code.
2) Choose a provider, or an integrator - you will constantly have to work as an outsourcer on different projects, but for someone, when you can immediately get a job in the staff of the customer company, and they can be inferior in terms of salary.
3) Get a job in a company (not a specialized one) - there will be problems with career growth, because the staff of programmers there is not very large and is not valued as seriously as in banks, but there is a little freebie there.
4) It is certainly good to choose a specialized IT company, but it is many times more difficult than to get a job in others, and in terms of salary, in principle, they can be inferior to banks and outsourcers.
In principle, I am not a weak programmer, I have about 3.5 years of experience not on freelance, I have carried out technically complex projects.
I would appreciate your help!
Thank you.

Do you think that in banks someone appreciates programmers? You're probably kidding.
But in fact - everything depends very much on skills, real experience and the city.

1) You need to work in a specialized company.
2) Work better in a grocery company.
3) It is very good if the technology stack and product direction coincides with the trends for the next couple of years.
