Which patent offices specialize in online solutions?

There is an idea in the field of digital media. Are there firms that can digest an idea, through a technical writer, into a document format and lawyers who will send all the necessary set of documents to Rospatent and PCT? Well, i.e. I need a solution so that I don’t have to do anything other than pay.

Ideas are not patented and are not subject to copyright. The prototype can be patented.

a prototype is not verbiage, it is a working mechanism / site / program. In general, not just an idea on a piece of paper ...
And if not just an idea, then the cost will greatly depend on what it is - an invention, a design solution, the complexity of describing an idea (for example, a new engineering design will require well-drawn drawings), but a new dessert recipe - much easier.
Depends on the country.
Depends on the patent (domestic or international)
Depends on what you want to cover with this patent.
You need to contact the patent office and talk in more detail. You will not express the essence on the toaster in a general discussion, and without a detailed analysis, they will hardly even tell you approximately.

Better not fool yourself. Even, let's say, make a model, patent it. Then you will feed this patent for the rest of your life. And then it will either become obsolete, or your descendants will give it away for nothing to the Chinese :-) Isn't it better to give it to humanity now?
