Which panel with php7 to choose?

What panel NORMALLY working with php 7 can you advise?
Used vestacp and ispmanager 5 lite - dissatisfied.
Vesta does not have php7 support, and external crutches do not work correctly.
ISP - I had to kill the OS, ISP (stable -> recomend) rolled onto a clean OS, pulled up php7, uploaded a site that worked 100% on this bundle on the same server and bam - nichrome, 500 error, the logs are empty.
What reasonable alternatives would you recommend? Google doesn't provide an answer.

Iispmanager 5 must be installed in the minimum configuration and then thoughtfully set up all the series. And everything will be fine.

If he understands what he is doing, then everything will work correctly.
