Free - only Proxmox .. I'm not sure, though, about simplicity, crack and templates. They also have surprises in the course of operation - either a paid repository, or a forum where you can ask questions to the community. In short, basically free, one might say.
What is wrong with VMmanager? Everything is there, but at a cost. In principle, two virtual machines can be created for free. And if you need more - resellers have a panel price - around 400 rubles per month.
