Which OS to choose for Yii 2?

Hello! I'm starting to learn the YII2 framework. I found on the Internet a video course "YII2 Framework from Zero
to Pro" and a book "Web Application Development in Yii2. Mark Safronov". In the video course, the author shows all the examples, working in windows. Mark Safronov's book recommends using a Linux distribution.
As for me, learning Yii2 framework working in winddows is easier and more convenient. But will there be any problems later, with the transfer of the site to production and its subsequent support on a server with Ubuntu OS. In this regard, it may be worthwhile to immediately start learning Yii2 while working in a virtual machine under Ubuntu OS, i.e. learn to set up the environment right now?
And in general, are there any problems with transferring a site to a server with Ubuntu OS, if my local server is located on a computer with Windows OS?

It is better to postpone the book for now, it is too heavy for beginners.
You still won’t get anywhere from Linux, it’s almost like with English: yes, up to a certain point, you can hardly learn the language. But the time will come when ignorance of the language will slow down your development.
The same with the OS - while you are just starting to comprehend the framework, work with what is convenient. But the time will come for practice, and there 90% is on Linux. And ignorance of the nuances will cost many hours (perhaps nerves too).

The framework has nothing to do with it, it has no OS-specific code, and there are no serious problems when porting, but without UNIX skills, it will be difficult for you to find a job, unless you do like me - write your project from scratch where in production there will be Windows.

Delusion. For work, ubuntu is at least nicer, and the rest has already been written for you by Rou1997 and Decadal
