Which optimization audit tool do you use?

Hello everyone, I ask you to clarify some technical nuances.
I always use google speed insight for testing to see the big picture of optimization and keep the page loading in the green line. Now on the site that I developed, the total score for the main page
mobile is 86, desk - 98,
this is taking into account the fact that the static cache on the server has not yet been configured, and js has not been reaped. I decided to test the site in the built-in Audit google chrome - and it shows a completely different picture - both on mobile and on desktop -
performance and best practice - 32\52.
The question is, which tool to trust? Since the page loads very quickly, but if it comes to the mind of the client to test the site on "other" services, the picture may come out sad.

The built-in tool has a checkbox for simulating slow internet (throttling). There is no checkbox in the online version, I’m not sure, but maybe it’s checked there without throttling, is that why it’s different?
Can you give me a link, we'll see.
