Which operating system is the least demanding on resources?

Hi. I want to buy a new smartphone for myself, because the old one based on Android 2.2 is already pretty fed up with its glitches with network search and gluttony to resources. I don’t have how voracious a Windows smartphone is and how buggy it is. Please tell me a smartphone that would hold a charge for a long time and that would instantly connect to the network, and not 1.5 hours after turning it on. I would be very grateful.

WP is not buggy at all, you can take it. The battery lasts quite a long time.
