Which online service to choose to maintain communication with customers?

Good afternoon,
there is a need to save data on communications with customers.
With android version. so that when I call or email, I see the full history of communication with the client, preferably in one feed.
Process:
A call via sip or "simple calls" gets on the desktop or on the screen of the android device, and I see "Ivan Ivanovich" and the last communications with him in the form of my answer to the letter at 13:12 with the corresponding text.
We conduct transactions and document flow with the help of an industry program, where there is no such solution.
Communication channels:
1. Mail, several mailboxes
2. Phone, several lines (if necessary, we will connect SIP, otherwise I would use "Simple calls" with integration into Outlook)
3. Business page on Facebook
4. Twitter
5. Chat on the website page
Support for the Russian language is highly desirable, since not all employees speak English.

You can try our service . At the moment, channels are implemented: email, Facebook, Twitter and feedback. In a week or two we will launch a chat. Channel "Calls" will appear in two months.
A very convenient history of all customer requests (through different channels). The service is in Russian, but an English version is coming soon. Our support service is also in Russian. Prices are very moderate when compared with Western counterparts.
True, there is no Android application yet. It is difficult to say when it will appear, since now they are focused on other tasks. At the same time, it is convenient to use the service on a tablet.
