Which online cash register (KKM) should I choose for an individual entrepreneur on the simplified tax system?
Hello!
There was a question about the selection of the ideal (at the moment and with these parameters) online cash register (KKM or KKT). As many people know, an individual entrepreneur (for example, producing small electronics and selling it), using the simplified tax system, must have a cash register. Since 2017, these people need to think about using online cash registers from the register of cash equipment (Law No. 290-FZ).
I am a beginner entrepreneur in the field of production and sale of small electronic products (from the DIY category). And I took care of acquiring an online cash register right now (did not wait for July 1, 2017). I was faced with the task of choosing a cash register that meets the new requirements. There is something to choose from (there is a state register of CCP), however, after spending a lot of time studying reviews, instructions and videos on online cash registers, I could not identify the leader.
Somewhere an unstable 3G connection, somewhere I don’t like the design, somewhere the features I need are truncated.
My wishes for the online checkout:
1. Convenient interface. Both physical and software. There should be convenient buttons, easy access to the cash register parameters on the built-in display, or remotely, for example, from a program on a smartphone or PC; convenient change of a check tape. (% joke_mode% Possibility to add the necessary functions on your own)
2. A GSM module must be built into the cash register (to simply insert a SIM card and start transferring data). As far as I understand, some (many?) online cash registers do not have it, it is available as a separate plug-in. This is not very good - I watched a video where a person performed operations with such a terminal, and a bunch of wires lay between the modules behind. Although, I read that it is possible to transfer data to the tax service via the network with a maximum interval of 29 days, but I don’t want to pull it (after each day, connect the module and transfer data to their server) - ideally, data should be transferred immediately after the transaction and printing a check.
3. Ability to export transactions to a computer, work with them, systematize (using a third-party program, or self-written (for example, export to .csv)).
4. Small dimensions and focus on a small business (an ordinary sum check, without any discount programs and the like) - a maximum of a couple of dozen checks per day.
5. Price - preferably cheaper, however, this parameter can be tolerated, the main thing is the points are higher.
PS Why am I writing on Toaster? Because the programmer himself would like to hear the opinion of IP techies about online cash registers.
Thank you for attention.

The most optimal option for you, in my opinion, is the Evotor 5 and Shtrikh-m cash desks. There are different ways of picking https://www.ekam.ru/page/online-kassy
Check out this version of i-retail.com , one of the most technologically advanced solutions at the moment.
Or evotor.ru , although they have a higher price, there are no applications for mobile devices, and in general they are more limited in functionality than the first option.
Alfa-Bank has a stray that is inserted into the usb port of the phone (+ mobile application) and it becomes at least a terminal for accepting plastic cards. Dig in this direction, maybe he has full-fledged KKM functions.
Created a short video on the topic "how to choose an online cash register in three steps":

Atol and Shtrikh are suitable (marks of norms), for Ip on a simplified mobile cash register, atons are enough. look at the ecam website
