Which omnidirectional access point to choose to cover the entire house or porch?

I select an access point for the following purposes:
A video surveillance server will be installed in the attic of a 5-storey panel house. There is an idea to put a powerful access point there so that any tenant of the house can connect to the access point and view the archive.
Are there such access points (omnidirectional) that can provide coverage for the entire house or at least the entrance?

There are no such options, you need to put an access point on each floor at least.

At one time, points of Russian production were sold for a very expensive price, they were called Revolution. So, for them it was possible to purchase a bunch of antennas on a coaxial wire, which were scattered over the floors and covered a large area. But considering that today WiFi points cost a penny, there is no point in this. It's easier to throw a twisted pair and dot the floors. If the problem of how to power them bothers you, then read on the topic of PoE
. Moreover, you need to understand that the bandwidth of the points is low, and when the number of clients exceeds a certain number (usually 8 actively working users), then it definitely starts to fail. Therefore, antennas will definitely not help you.
